THIS MONTH, IN YOUNG DISCIPLES....

WHAT WE'RE TEACHING

Spring has arrived! We hope you're enjoying a refreshing Spring Break this week. As we begin this new month, we're excited about the upcoming weeks and the meaningful moments we'll share together in our ministry.

Our last 'Big Picture' Series was extra fun. We enjoyed theater-style snacks throughout the series, and we wrapped it up with a Popcorn Bar – a sweet and savory take-home snack to end the series on a high note - such a joyful time!

FULL BLOOM: A 4-Week Series from the Gospels on Easter

SERIES OVERVIEW:

Spring is the season for new beginnings! Whether you're cleaning out parts of your home or watching the flowers bloom in your garden, it's a time for new life and growth. Like a good gardener, Jesus wanted to help cultivate the seeds of faith in his friends so they could all grow closer to God. In this 4-week series, kids will learn all about the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus as he sowed the seeds of new life in the world. Kids will discover that

1. God sent Jesus to save us

2. Jesus understands when we're hurting

3. Jesus makes all things new

4. Jesus connects us to God

TIP OF THE MONTH

We know that screen time often has a bad reputation, but the reality is, technology is here to stay. Instead of letting it be a distraction, we can help our kids use technology to grow in their faith.

Check out this video tip for some practical ideas on How to guide your kids in using technology in a way that supports their spiritual growth. It’s a great resource to help make screen time work for your family!

RESOURCE OF THE MONTH

As we're starting a series all about the Easter story this month, let's take a look at the events surrounding the resurrection of Jesus and what this means for us today!
