BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!

We have had multiple reports of people receiving emails from a former member of our congregation asking for money to help a cancer patient. 

THESE EMAILS ARE SCAMS!!! DO NOT RESPOND OR SEND MONEY!! 

The scammers will pose as one member of the congregation for a period of time, and then may move on to using somebody else's name and email address or phone number. You may remember we encountered this last fall when Pastor Bruce's phone number was compromised. Please be diligent about protecting your financial information, and alert other members of the congregation to help protect them as well. 

NO MEMBERS OF STAFF WILL ASK YOU FOR MONEY BY PHONE OR EMAIL!!
