Tabby is a devoted single mother of five remarkable children. For 17 years, she embraced the role of a stay-at-home mom, homeschooling her three oldest children until they reached middle school and continuing with her youngest two until her return to the workforce in 2021. Throughout her journey, she has taken on numerous leadership roles, including working as a Quality Control Supervisor over a small team, serving as a Women's Group Teacher, an Activity Days Coordinator, and a Cub Scout leader. Furthermore, Tabby played a pivotal role in establishing a Boy Scout troop in Camas, where she volunteered as both the Fundraising Coordinator and Chairperson. Prior to her arrival at VanFUMC, Tabby obtained her Class C CDL and worked as a preschool teacher.
In her leisure time, Tabby enjoys rockhounding and has amassed an impressive and extensive collection of "pretty rocks." She also has a passion for crochet, reading, and photography. For Tabby, photography—particularly of landscapes—holds significant meaning in her faith and serves as a daily source of inspiration.
